Advantages of Continuous Process

1.Excellent temperature control and fast reaction rate, improving the stability of diazonium salts;
2. Inhibiting side reactions and improving selectivity.

Continuous Process (Classified by Raw Material State)

Method 1:

NaNO2 is not fully soluble, feeding in slurry form, and dynamic reactor is selected;

Method 2:

NaNO2 is fully soluble, feeding in solution form, and microchannel reactor is selected.

Limitations of Traditional Processes

1.Violent reaction requiring dropwise addition;
2.Complex and uncontrollable side reactions.
